Utility base class for preconditioned novlp backends.

Template Parameters
GOThe type of the grid operator for the spatial discretization. This class will be used to adjust the discretization matrix. and extract the trial grid function space.
PreconditionerThe type of preconditioner to use.
SolverThe type of solver to use.
