AlbertGrid renamed to AlbertaGrid

Following the renaming of ALBERT to ALBERTA, AlbertGrid has been renamed to AlbertaGrid. The Dune Grid Interface now works with the current ALBERTA version which is available at the ALBERTA homepage.
